Terms And Conditions: Claire Everywhere.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment

  1. Booking and Appointment:

    • To book an appointment, you must be 18 years of age or older.

    • You can book an appointment through our website, Instagram or individual artists.

    • Appointment bookings are subject to availability.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  2. Deposit Policy:

    • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

    • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

    • Failure to provide 48* hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit with no exceptions.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you with a new appointment time. If a new appointment time can’t be arranged a full deposit refund will be organised. Please allow 28 days for refunds to be processed.

  4. Late Arrival:

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling, at the discretion of the artist.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notification, it may be considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  5. Design and Artwork:

    • Custom designs will be created based on your specifications and requests. Custom designs are any design that is not a flash piece bought from the store. Customs designs will be drawn in Claire’s signature style and all artwork remains the property of Claire Everywhere Pty Ltd and must not be used for business or profit.

    • We reserve the right to refuse any design request that we deem inappropriate or offensive.

    • Any changes to the design must be discussed and agreed upon with the artist before the start of the tattooing process. Fundamental changes to the design after the booking has been made may incur a design change fee or result in your booking being cancelled. Fundamental design changes are made at the discretion of the artist.

  6. Health and Safety:

    • We adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and sterile environment for tattooing.

    • Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your tattoo experience.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  7. Payment:

    • Payment for tattoo services is due in full at the time of the appointment.

    • We accept cash, major credit cards and direct transfer as forms of payment.

  8. Liability:

    • Everywhere Studios, its artists, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or infections resulting from the tattooing process.

    • By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with getting a tattoo.

  9. Copyright:

    • All artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of Claire Everywhere Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or copied without permission.

  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    • It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
